We took our podcast to the mountains to make sure we didn't miss an opportunity to record with one of our best friends, Allie Hershman. Allie has been a licensed clinical therapist for a nearly a decade, specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy, and the co-founder of Move To Heal, which is a nonprofit organization that is just one of the many accomplishments that we are SO proud of her for.

Shortly after her engagement two years ago, her life took a turn that truly tested her mental strength, resilience and relationship. She opens up about a tragic incident that changed her life forever, in hopes that she can prove that pain and suffering, especially post trauma, CAN have a happy ending.
