Mike is currently the head strength and conditioning coach to the Boston Red Sox, and the US Womens Ice Hockey team.

Mike is one of the most sought out experts in the field of strength and conditioning. He has released many DVD products, and has authored three books, Functional Training for Sports, Designing Strength Training Programs and Facilities, and Advances in Functional Training.
