I sat down (literally, sat on the ground) with Paul Octavious for this week's podcast. He hosted my farewell-to-Chicago For Reals Meals (coming later this week!), and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to interview one of my most favorite photographers and creatives out there.

Paul and I discuss how leaving school to care for his grandfather ignited his passion for photography, how getting fired from his first job didn't turn out so bad, the incredible physical transformation he's made over the last year, why he's got a love/hate relationship with Instagram, and his advice on creating authentic work.
