She specializes in trauma healing through a systemic, strength-based approach that blends somatic awareness with experiential practices. With 15 years of experience in clinical settings, Kristen’s work bridges psychotherapy, psychedelic integration, and group healing experiences.
She offers individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as Equine-Assisted Therapy, group integration circles, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) sessions—both 1:1 and in groups.
