History was made yesterday.  Coach Ballgame's Alma Mater, Brown University made National news yesterday by naming Olivia Pichardo to the roster of the Baseball Team.  This makes her the FIRST female to play on a D-1 College baseball team in the history of the world!  So we brought the Head Coach of the Baseball Team on, Grant Achilles.  What impressed him so much about her walk on tryout?  What makes her different?  Why will she thrive?  

We also discuss the culture he is building there in Providence, and what he looks for in an incoming freshman or prospective player.  Words like trust, integrity, and gratitude are pillars of this culture that Coach Ballgame called home for 4 years.
