We've been hearing the same story over and over again. And the worst part is there is no game plan to change it. So I guess we have to keep talking about it just so everyone else keeps talking about it. It appears to us that the only fight The Brighter Side can do is open up a dialogue. Baltimore really needs a hug right now.
