Gene Baumgardner, a farmer in Fayette and Madison Counties, joins us this week. His partnership with their dairy operation allows him to diversify his crop portfolio and reduce fertilizer costs through manure application. He also shares his experiences serving on the Ohio Corn and Wheat Growers Association board which led him to Morocco and Cyprus.
