In this single topic Episode, I discussed 6 common mistakes people make when beginning a fat loss plan, and provided suggestions on how to avoid making them to make fat loss more sustainable and less miserable. They included:
1. Too drastic of a calorie deficit
2. Too much cardio/relying on cardio
3. Using only the scale to measure progress
4. Following an unsustainable, overly restrictive diet
5. Cheat meals
6. Too many changes all at once
