This episode looks at Revelation 2:18-29. In this passage, the Lord speaks to the church at Thyatira. He commends them for their works, faith, and patience, but calls them out on their tolerance of an evil prophetess named Jezebel. Though the Lord had given her a space to repent, this woman refused and is now facing judgment. The Lord's plea with the church at Thyatira is to remove themselves from this evil influence and seek forgiveness. God in His mercy always gives us a "space" to repent and we must take advantage of that moment by seeking the Lord while He may be found. We learn from this lesson that we must overcome sin instead of trying to live with it.
