Today, RÚV English Radio visits one of Iceland's other black sand beaches.

Just by the town of Sauðárkrókur, on Skagafjörður, in north Iceland, lies Borgarsandur beach.

As volcanically black as some others in Iceland, it's perhaps a little less well known.

Darren went for a quick visit - and had the place to himself.
