Both veterans dispatched challengers who were looking to break into title contention. Sandhagen took advantage of a slow start by Marlon "Chito" Vera in cruising to an impressive unanimous decision in the men's bantamweight main event. Holm mixed in some wrestling to go with her already formidable striking skills and overwhelmed Yana Santos in the co-main.
