Our guest today is LeBaron Meyers, President & Chief Business Officer of #NotMe, the first mobile solution to offer a transparent, safe, and simple way to report workplace misconduct. The company's mission is to bridge the gap between employer and employee by empowering everyone to report and address workplace misconduct they've experienced or witnessed,with the eventual goal of prevention. LeBaron speaks with us today about #NotMe, workplace harassment and discrimination, and how her company intends to create a culture of accountability in every workplace.
