Todd Campbell has been one of the lead programmers in Australian radio for more than a decade. He ran NOVA Melbourne for 10 years and programmed stations for Southern Cross Austereo in Perth and Newcastle. He's now running the Hits Network in New Zealand. 

Todd is inspiring, creative, enthusiastic and one of the best at working with on-air teams. We can learn a lot from his ability to connect and empathise with talent.
