• Before he decides to work with people, he asks them to take a Kolbe test. This allows him to be certain that they will follow through on tasks and get results. It’s a great way of being able to delegate work to the right people.
• There is absolutely no use in letting entrepreneurship ruin your family and personal life. Whilst it’s important and impressive to be as successful as you can, remember the things that actually matter in your life. Everything is replaceable except family and friends.
