• If you’re not continually improving your business, then it will eventually die. You need to keep thinking of new ways to grow, as well as make sure everyone in the company understands and is on the same page. After all, without your team, you wouldn’t be able to do most of your work. 
• If you’re trying to build a business or a product, you have to make sure that what you’re building is the better thing. If what you’re trying to sell isn’t better than what your competitors are doing then you’ll fade into the background, unlikely to see any real success.
