• “Once a day, I spend one to two hours completely without a cellphone. Usually it’s for the first hour when I wake up. Once a week I take a full day off: digital detox, physical detox, everything. Usually the first half of the day is just by myself, the second half is with family and friends. Again, if you don’t listen to you, you’re the one living this life!’
