May 25, 1991 five year old Timothy Wiltsey went missing. His mother Michelle Lodzinski gave several different stories over the course of a year of what she thinks happened to Timmy after she took him to the park and the carnival. After many frustrating twists and turns, it would still take two decades for someone to be held responsible for what happened to Timmy.
