Jay and Ken are joined in this episode by 2015 WCWS champion pitcher, two-time NFCA All American, and former professional fastpitch player Lauren Haeger. Lauren describes her early years and the challenges she faced to get pitching time, her highly successful high school and college careers, her four years in the National Pro Fastpitch League, and her transition to coaching. She then offers her thoughts on pitching mechanics, her approach to working with students, and the importance for coaches of continuing to learn more every day.
