In keeping with the theme of unity on this inauguration week, we welcomed two incredible clergywomen, who also happen to be incredible runners, Rabbi Laurie Rice, who serves as a senior rabbi at Temple Micah in Nashville, and Pastor Christine Dunn, who serves as a senior pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bethesda, Maryland. As we enter month 11 (!!) of pandemic life, Laurie and Christine share their tips for coping, accepting, and finding silver linings during this time. They also share their running and spiritual journeys, which are truly remarkable. We were honored to be a part of this important conversation.
We are hosting a free webinar on Running through Menopause on 1/31 at 7 with Dr. Tobie Beckerman and Rachel Miller, PT.
