Specialising in driving change and culture and helping individuals and teams to understand and apply their values (personal and organisational) in everything they do.

She describes herself as a people leader, supporting business leaders and their teams to achieve their strategic plans.

A certified Executive Coach and currently volunteer as a Governor / Chair of Governor for two schools and a mum of two boys, she has her work cut out.
