Rehtaeh was a teenage girl living in Canada. She had a deep passion for animals and hope to work to save marine animals one day, and had just started high school. She attended a get together with her friend and four other boys when she was a freshman. That night, they drank alcohol and raped Rehtaeh. They bragged at school that they had had sex with her, and distributed photographic evidence. However, in the end, everyone failed Rehtaeh.
