When 8-year-old Relisha Rudd stopped attending school in March of 2014, the school's social worker contacted her mom to get an excuse letter for her absences. According to Relisha's family, she had been suffering from severe migraines and was in the care of Dr. Tatum.  But things took a dark turn when days turned to weeks, and Relisha was still not back at school, and Dr. Tatum whose care she had been under, was not who he said he was.
