Story 1. Virgilio Aguilar Mendez, 18, has been in jail since May 19, and charged with felony murder charge after an altercation with Sgt. Michael Kunovich. After the altercation Sgt. Kunovich had a heart attack and passed away. Even though the medical examiner’s report stated that the cause of death was a “natural” cardiac dysrhythmia, or an abnormal heartbeat.

Story 2. Savannah Soto,18, failed to show up at the hospital to be induced on December 23rd. She along with her boyfriend, Matthew Guerra, 22, were reported missing that day. Unfortunately, their deceased bodies were found on December 26th, inside Matthew’s Kia Optima. Two arrests have been made for the murders.
