In March 2019, 21-year-old Samantha Josephson had everything going for her. She was due to graduate from the University of South Carolina that May and would attend Drexel University of Law soon after. To celebrate her accomplishments, Samantha and her friends decided to go out and celebrate. Soon, after 2 am, Samantha decided to head home without her friends and ordered an Uber.
