Having a child is one of the biggest life changes someone can ever have - so there are bound to be some huge changes in the way you view yourself - whether that be through pregnancy, postpartum or in the early days of parenthood.

Now that all of Jane's children are over 18 and on their own paths, she reflects with us on the highs and lows of raising horse-loving children alongside running a yard, now that she has a little more time to enjoy the sport she loves for herself. Tune in to gain an invaluable insight into an equestrian mum's life well lived, with some fabulous advice for all of us along the way.
