Erik is the founder of On Air Brands, as well as Mindado Investment Group, which is a real estate investment company. In addition, Erik is a host, co-host, and producer on several shows. He is the quintessential "serial entrepreneur" and loves helping others grow their business and brands.

After leaving corporate America after more than 20 years, Erik jumped head-first into real estate investing. He is involved in multifamily, a partner in Renault Winery & Resort and offers private capital to his network of investors. He also sits on the board of the South Jersey Real Estate Investment Association.

Erik loves to share his decades of experience in creative, branding, and marketing strategies and how it can apply to the creative and real estate investment industries. He holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in NYC and lives in Robbinsville, NJ with his wife and two daughters.
