Toby Gorniak MBE (Toby G) is a Global Transformational Coach & Inspirational Speaker, Entrepreneur, Mentor, Hip Hop Artist , CEO & Creative Director of the Multi Award Winning Street Factory Dance School.

Toby was born in Poland where he suffered severe racism and prejudice due to his Roma Gypsy heritage. As a teenager, Toby and his family came to the UK as a refugee to escape racism however, were met with more of the same. Despite this, he went on to be awarded an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in 2018 for the incredible, life-changing work he does in the local community to help others! #refugee2mbe
