Set up your account online and then you’ll have access to the mobile app so you can use it anytime and anywhere.

When you’re setting up your account online, after hitting the “register” button in the top right-hand corner, there will be check box at the bottom by “next” that says, “I have a code from my employer, insurance or Teladoc Health” you do not need to check this box to proceed.
