This episode of Everything is Energy is recorded at a beautiful beach on the coast of Northern California, with the intention that the energy of this sacred space is encapsulate din the recording.. so that you can access the beautiful cleansing purity of the ocean from wherever you are listening. Much Love!

In this episode of we explore/I introduce the concept of time space travel.. in that I create a shared space within a Sacred Redwood Grove, and invite/enable you to access this sacred energy at any time via the audio. I also introduce a breathing method which enables one to call in more Prana as well as release energies no longer needed. I touch on the connection of our breath to our energy bodies.

In this meditation we practice cultivating a space of stable tranquility. One of the seven key principles of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali as written by Swami Jnaneshvara Bharati.

My intention with the show is to reintroduce some very simple and fundamental practices, and understandings about our capacity as human beings to create and transform physical and mental space.. for healing of ourselves and the planet. Today's meditation is a tool for cultivating connectedness and oneness to support us in tapping into our inherent power to create our life.
