      • Elaine cured herself through meditation, counseling herself, and counseling her children. She did an online counseling course.

      • EPS05:11 [Rick McCulloch] Everything You've Learned May Be WRONG!

Welcome to the Evolvepreneur (After Hours) Show

I am your Special Host Christine Campbell Rapin

Join me today where we dig deep with our guests and get you the best concepts and strategies to fast-track your business.

My very special guest today is Rick McCulloch ...

Rick is a Profit Acceleration Strategist with 20+ years of experience in driving business growth and profitability. He believes that businesses should prioritize profit over revenue and focus on providing value to customers. Rick's turning point came when he realized he needed help and guidance to succeed.

Now, his goal is to leave a legacy of helping entrepreneurs achieve abundance and success. He is focused on attracting his "dream 100 clients" and can be contacted through his website, attractmoreprofits.com, for assistance in improving profits.

        Website:

        https://AttractMoreProfits.com

        http://BookAChatTo.AttractMoreProfits.com

Event link for a Focus Group:
        http://event.prftblty.com

        Key Moments:

        • Focus on profit, not just revenue. Profit is what actually feeds your family and helps grow your business. Without profit, businesses will eventually fail.
        • Make it about the customer, not about you. Interrupt, engage, educate and offer to provide value for the customer.
        • Hire coaches and mentors to learn from. The speaker learned the importance of focusing on what's in it for the customer from his coaches.
        • Most businesses make the mistake of focusing on revenue instead of profit. They lose sight of the bigger picture.
        • The conversion equation: Interrupt, engage, educate and offer. Businesses often miss one or more of these steps.
        • The turning point was realizing he didn't know what he was doing. He hired coaches to help him improve.
        • The speaker's legacy is to help people succeed in business and life, and achieve financial and time freedom.
        • The next focus is finding "dream clients" - clients the speaker really wants to work with. Nurturing them over time.
        • People can book a call with the speaker through his website attractmoreprofits.com to discuss how he can help them improve profits.
        • The key message is that what businesses have been taught about revenue and marketing may be wrong. Focusing on profit first is more important.

Welcome to the Evolvepreneur (After Hours) Show

I am your Special Host Mechelle McDonald

Join me today where we dig deep with our guests and get you the best concepts and strategies to fast-track your business.

My very special guest today is David Harris ...

David from Accelerate Your Business discusses five key areas for fast business growth: building trust, having a clear why, telling a strategic story, using social selling, and strategic marketing. Trust is crucial, as many buyers prefer not to meet in person. A clear why and strategic storytelling help businesses stand out and be memorable.

Social selling and strategic marketing enable scalable growth. Balancing these areas accelerates business growth. David provides flexible, on-demand strategic advisory and practical skills for small and medium businesses at Accelerate Your Business Today. They unravel complexity and provide tailored solutions, leveraging David's scaling expertise and knowledge.

                Key Moments:

                • Building trust, credibility, and authority with potential customers is the most important first step for a business to grow. Most businesses fail to do this properly.
                • Having a clear reason why customers should choose your business over competitors (your "why") is critical for growth.
                • Telling the story of your business in a strategic way is more memorable and effective than just listing facts and features. There is a proven structure to build an effective strategic narrative.
                • Adopting a social selling methodology can significantly increase sales and return on investment.
                • Having a balanced growth strategy that addresses trust, why, narrative, social selling and marketing is key for sustainable growth.
                • Increasing trust in your business can significantly boost revenue, margins and productivity.
                • Many potential customers no longer want to deal directly with humans, preferring to research and buy online. Businesses need to adapt to this change.
                • Technology can be used in a smart way to scale up a business and reach more customers effectively.
                • Having a strategic marketing plan, not just spending on ads, is important for growth.
                • Telling your business story in a practical, relatable way that connects with customers is effective.

Welcome to the Evolvepreneur (After Hours) Show

I am your Special Host Richard Wray

Join me today where we dig deep with our guests and get you the best concepts and strategies to fast-track your business.

My very special guest today is Justine Martin ...

Justine's journey over the past decade is a testament to her remarkable resilience. Despite facing multiple health challenges, including a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis and three concurrent cancers, she refused to let these obstacles define her. Instead, she delved into the world of business, successfully owning and managing seven enterprises under the Justine Martin Corporation. Her experiences have made her an inspiration to others, and she has been recognized with numerous national business awards.

Justine is also a published author and is currently working on an anthology of stories from authors with MS. Her journey of reinvention and adaptation serves as an inspiration to all who encounter her.

                    Key Moments:

                    • Justine was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2011 which ended her corporate career. She was told she would never work again.
                    • Justine started learning how to paint as a hobby which eventually turned into a business. This gave her back her independence and confidence.
                    • Justine's first success of selling a painting for $300 felt like earning $3 million as it gave her back her independence.
                    • Seeking help from counselors, mentors, and coaches was important for Justine's resilience and transformation.
                    • Justine has gone on to build multiple businesses from her art including keynote speaking, children's books, and a publishing company.
                    • Justine has won over 40 awards for her art, speaking, and coaching.
                    • Justine has also been diagnosed with various cancers on top of multiple sclerosis but continues to remain positive and modify her approach.
                    • Justine's story and journey serves as a survival guide to inspire others.
                    • Justine is launching an anthology book in September with 25 authors who share the common thread of having multiple sclerosis but with different stories.
                    • Justine emphasizes the importance of accepting adversities, modifying and adapting, and not fighting against circumstances.
