Then, they get into some strange sightings including dogman, bigfoot, alien abduction, and even a possible Leprechaun sighting. After the break, Kyle brings up The Nameless Thing of Berkley Square.

The Nameless Thing of Berkeley Square is a particularly gruesome and feared entity from British folklore, specifically from the English city of London, where it was believed to haunt the 2nd Floor of house No. 50 in the titular Berkeley Square. Starting in the year 1840 with the now infamous fate of Warboys and continuing until the 1930s, the monstrous reputation of the creature remains even to this day and the horrifying tale of Warboys remains one of London's most notorious ghost stories. Skeptics tend to view the Nameless Thing as a classic example of overly-active imagination and rumors mixing together to create a very spooky but ultimately fictional horror story, but as is the case with many paranormal events, no one can fully know either way.

On this episode of Expanded Perspectives, the guys start the show-off talking about some new summer blockbusters that are coming out soon and Kyle's recent trip to the theater to watch the new Transformers movie. Then, a bizarre pale crawler is seen and a listener writes in with a strange sighting of both a woman in white and a shadow being.

After the break, Cam brings up the mystery of Alabama's ancient case caskets. In 1840, when he was 22 years old, the Rev. William N. Crump settled outside Oneonta in Blount County and built a farmhouse. He began farming the land and, in 1858, bought 246 acres from the U.S. government. The land included entrances to five caves, according to a 2005 newsletter of Birmingham Grotto: Crump Cave, Second Cave, Horseshoe Cave, Bishopella Cave and Sewer Cave. Crump and friends were hunting in 1840 when they discovered Crump's Cave, which geologist Frank Burns would later describe as having an "opening so small that a man could scarcely crawl through it." Inside, Crump found Native American artifacts including beads, arrows and spears, copper items and stone axes. There were also more than 200 pounds of galena, an ore used in lead and silver. Most surprisingly, he also found skulls and wooden coffins that had been hollowed by fire and stone implements. Who built them and were they really coffins?

Then, two girlfriends were jogging at Lake Carasaljo, New Jersey when they encounter a 4-foot tall creeping-looking 'Troll' that was sitting on a small wooden chest along the pathway. Next, a mother and daughter in Cherry Hill, New Jersey see a strange-looking flying humanoid. And, a person in Michigan swears a werewolf crossed the road near a rural cemetery.

After the break, Kyle brings up some special items that many believe will give them good luck. Lucky charms: Some people swear by them while others think they're silly. But regardless of whether a rabbit's foot or a favorite number really attracts Lady Luck, lucky charms can be fun and make you feel more optimistic. When you have fun and feel more positive, that attitude makes you luckier, too!  Four-leaf clovers in Ireland. Painted dala horses in Sweden, Chinese golden toads, and Egyptian scarabs. Whether you grasp such good luck charms in your palm, wear them around your neck, or mount one near your front door these talismans or amulets are meant to provide a shortcut to a better future, a warding off of evil spirits or bad forces. Of course, there’s no proof any such tokens, which travelers commonly pick up as souvenirs, actually work. But these cultural symbols both educate and enchant us.

• Insectoid "Glimmer Man" Observed in Pembroke Pines, Florida Neighborhood

On today's episode of Expanded Perspectives, the guys start the show off talking about Kyle's new favorite drink. Then, they discuss the bizarre encounter of Jan Wolski. Just what happened on May 10, 1978, to 71-year-old Jan Wolski is still a source of intense debate about whether or not it was a close encounter of the third kind. On that day Wolski was on his way home, driving a horse-drawn carriage. Suddenly, two small beings with olive skin, webbed hands, and slanting eyes apparently appeared next to him and led him to a small clearing, where a UFO was waiting. Speaking in a language the farmer didn’t recognize, the creatures took him to a white craft that was about half the size of a bus and happened to be hovering five meters above the ground. Once inside he was examined by the strange visitors. 

Next, A boy and his mother are walking to the bus stop in Dunwoody, Georgia when they are encountered by several robed semi-transparent humanoids or 'light beings.' After the break, Kyle brings up some strange tales of Phantom Locomotives or Trains. Ghost Trains are what considered to be phantom vehicles in the form of a locomotive or train. These haunted trains would keep going and are fully operational without anyone at the helm. What are they? Why do they appear? And why do they appear over and over again?

Next, two men in the summer of 1990 were out fishing one night in Rhode Island when they had a run-in with some strange-looking illuminated entities running around on the shore of the lake. What were they doing?

They say battle proves mankind doesn’t need to invent monsters, as the monsters were inside us all along. Then, a person tells a crazy story about a flying humanoid just like in the movie Jeepers Creepers! It took place around 3:00 am in Ohio. Next, a person writes in about a strange encounter they had with what they think was a skinwalker.

After the break, Kyle brings up some strange stories about the Bogeyman! Also spelled boogieman or boogie man, any of a variety of fictional and oftentimes folkloric monsters described in stories designed to frighten children. Tales of the bogeyman and various analogs have been used for centuries all across the world to influence children to behave as their parents command and to exercise caution in dangerous situations or areas. The term is also sometimes used more generally to describe any fearsome or dreaded thing.  This creature varies from person to person, as it has no definite appearance and is simply the embodiment of terror. Although usually depicted as a masculine entity, it can be female or genderless. While the description of the Bogeyman differs on a cultural level, there are often some shared similarities to the creatures. The Bogeyman is depicted as having claws, talons, and sharp teeth. Along with that, the Bogeyman is of the spirit variety, while the minority are demons, witches, and other legendary creatures. Some are even described to have certain animal features such as horns, hooves, and bug-like appearances.
