Ahead of the third round of the Women's FA Cup, Senior Women's Football reporter Emma Sanders met up with Nat Lowe, captain of Altrincham FC, the lowest-ranked side left in the competition who play York City Ladies on Sunday 14th December. Nat is a former professional golfer who quit football due to the lack of opportunities when she was a teenager.
