On this episode of No Really, I’m Fine we speak to Catherine Reader. We'll be talking to Catherine at the heart of where she has been struggling with depression for the last few years at her university in Leeds.


According to the World Health Organisation, More than 300 million people globally are now living with depression. Catherine’s has been campaigning for better support for people with mental health conditions as a disability as she feels there isn’t enough guidance for people with long-term mental health conditions.
