It's actually a combination of two different recordings, which took place over the same weekend. Gary was kind enough to take a couple of afternoons to talk at length about his history, which encompasses over four decades in falconry, and discusses how he got into squirrel hawking, discovered his passion for red-tailed hawks, helped with some of the rules and regulations of falconry in Texas, and shared a couple of pretty wild stories!
