If You Know, You Know!

Don’t Bring Sand to the Beach.

The conclusion of Basketball Season at FAMU will end in Daytona, Florida and while the Men’s team wants to win; the ladies need to win if they intend on visiting the SWAC Tournament.

Also FAMU softball faces a familiar foe while baseball host West Georgia at home and the football team still has use asking questions about who will be the DC.

Good Times are ahead!

The Arena is not half full but the Rattler Basketball teams did split the games on Saturday.

While the basketball teams were splitting decisions in Lawson the Kings and Queens of the Diamond gave us Rattlers some hope that these teams might make a little noise as the season progresses.

No football news besides the season tickets and Spring Practice begins on Friday.

March is creeping around the corner and FAMU is in the midst of one of the busiest portions of the year.

Basketball is preparing to conclude and the spring sports have fired up.

All this takes place as FAMU is likely going to face some budget cuts from the governor and those new Football Season tickets definitely got your attention.

The hardest part of this weekend's games was keeping track of who was playing and where or who.

From basketball & softball to baseball and track this was a weekend which kept the Rattler faithful glued to any outlet which had the most up to date information.

Good time to be a fan, but whew; the Rattlers are hard to keep up with.

It’s too late to get on the bandwagon! But the Leader of the hype train is letting you know that the Number One Day Two Fan is Irrationally Excited about the FAMU Basketball Program.

So in the Words of Jeff Cameron, “Chew, Freaking Chew Baby!” the Ratters are well on the way to breaking into the NCAA Tournament if things continue to go our way.

Additionally it’s time to get on the hype train for FAMU Baseball & Softball while we still have room.

The Hype is Real! And the potential is great.

This weekend was full of sporting event on the Highest of Seven Hills, but also served as a reminder of how important fans are to the programs on campus. It may have been hard to track at times but having so many teams playing at the same time kept the fans engage with the program. Also it appears that the Basketball Homecoming was a success which could be built upon pressing forward.#FAMU #FangsUp #HBCU #HBCUdigital

Rattler Boosters are one of the most important Direct Support Organizations that FAMU has.

The Official DSO of athletics keeps pushing the needle forward for Florida A&M University and gives until it hurts, why you should join is often a question and we have answers.

Also the Basketball programs have been on a Run and Coach Crarey has not received the years he was owed.

Lastly, Big Pressure is upon all the SWAC and the Stick sports have swung into a new season.

FAMU Basketball will likely get to be the Program Darling with the coming of National Signing Day. But Football is the engine that drives the car and in this case FAMU’s football coaches used the pull of home to bring talented players back home.

There truly is no place like home and Mother FAMU called some to come back home to Florida.

If you Saw the O&G Strikezone you have already heard some of the names but we will continue the discussion and to see how some of the missing parts are now affecting the university going forward.

After FAMU’s Mens and Womens basketball teams played against Alabama A&M University the uncomfortable conversation about extending coach Crarey needs to be had.

Along with that conversation how does FAMU create a pipeline of talent to replace what it has lost in so many spaces?

All this while FAMU Track may become the next poaching ground for talent.

Let's ask some questions to find some answers.
