FantasyPros - Fantasy Football Podcast

Friend of the show and author of the best-selling Fantasy Black Book series, Joe Pisapia, helps us break down which guys you should target late in drafts. Darwin Thompson (9:30) has noteworthy value as Damien Williams' handcuff, but are Mecole Hardman (24:38) and Mike Davis (33:07) truly worth late-round selections and does Adam Humphries (48:04) have any viability in Tennessee? The trio then names defenses (49:34) and kickers (55:00) that can have a positive impact for your squad. Sponsors:

On today's show, the guys team up with Adam Rank from NFL Network and shine some light on their top draft targets in every round. Why might it be wise to grab Travis Kelce (9:04) late in the first round and can Joe Mixon (17:32) defy the odds to finish the season as a high-end RB1? David Montgomery (31:00) could be primed for a big year in an improving Bears offense, especially if Mitch Trubisky (58:06) can play up to his potential and have a breakout season. Sponsors:

Four-time Emmy Award winner and NFL Next Gen Stats analyst, James Koh, comes on with us to chat about which RBs and QBs he is avoiding at their ADP. Then later, we shed light on the WRs and TEs you will regret taking with our next guest, Jared Smola from DraftSharks. The first overall pick might be too high for Saquon Barkley (3:59) and Miles Sanders (19:24) may struggle to return value at his draft cost. We also question why Julian Edelman's (33:07) ADP is so high and discuss Calvin Ridley's (46:59) potential lack of volume in 2019. Sponsors:

We break down the top sleepers in fantasy football with one of the most respected analysts across the fantasy industry, Scott Pianowski of Yahoo! Sports, and kick off the show with the latest news on Antonio Brown (4:09). Tony Pollard (21:00) may have more upside than most fantasy owners suspect, Geoff Swaim (30:41) could emerge as Nick Foles' go-to guy, and Justice Hill's (44:42) talent might be too tantalizing for the Ravens to underutilize him. Josh Gordon (47:53) is certainly not a sleeper, but can we trust him now that he's been reinstated? Also, is Austin Hooper (52:36) primed to continue his steady improvement? Sponsors:

One of the fantasy community's most fun personalities, Brad Evans of Yahoo! Sports, joins the fray today as we get crazy with some wild bold predictions! Is Patrick Mahomes (2:52) due for some big time touchdown regression, how likely is it for Todd Gurley (15:36) to become a total bust, and does Aaron Rodgers (34:12) have a career year now that Mike McCarthy is gone? We finish the show by naming players who could be the next Phillip Lindsay (54:48), like Brian Hill (55:07) and Malcolm Brown (57:39). Sponsors:

Aaron Jones (11:49) is the definition of a high-risk/high-reward pick, Corey Davis' (19:07) biggest roadblock is Marcus Mariota, and Nyheim Hines (36:57) may be more impressive as a receiver than you may think. As the show comes to a close, we bring you another exciting installment of Fantasy Feud (45:44)! Will Tags' winning streak come to a halt, or will Bobby be forced to read another poem at the end? Today our guys talk with Jeff Ratcliffe from Pro Football Focus about which players he is much higher and lower on than the Expert Consensus Rankings. Should fantasy owners expect David Montgomery (11:29) to produce better numbers than Jordan Howard did with Chicago last year, does the fantasy community undervalue Alshon Jeffery (27:03), and how concerned should you be about Julian Edelman's (36:39) age? The show ends in a discussion on which rookies we're watching and who we're staying away from (48:09). Is Darrell Henderson (49:51) Todd Gurley's handcuff and how high are we willing to grab Kyler Murray (59:04)? Sponsors:

We are joined by Matt Waldman of Footballguys and together we each share our top busts for the upcoming season. Should fantasy owners be heavily concerned about Antonio Brown (2:43) and can Russell Wilson (20:36) maintain his high efficiency from last year? Who has the higher bust potential between Jordan Howard (29:12) and Miles Sanders (30:36) and is Theo Riddick a bigger threat to Phillip Lindsay's (38:41) touches than we may think? To close out the show, we read your questions about which players are most likely to be frustrating top-24 performers (53:52), this year's Nick Chubb (58:06), or finish as a top-three tight end with an ADP outside of the top six tight ends (1:00:56), among several others. Adam Aizer, podcast host for the Fantasy Football Today Podcast, competes against Bobby and Tags in our first mock draft of the NFL preseason! The guys quickly go over Keke Coutee's (2:37) injury and Andy Reid's decision to employ a backfield committee in Kansas City (4:19) before we start the draft. The fun begins (15:06) with Bobby nabbing Alvin Kamara with the fourth pick, Tags taking David Johnson (15:36) fifth, and Adam snatching JuJu Smith-Schuster (16:55) with the 11th pick. Should fantasy owners have any concerns about Mike Evans (19:03), are people underrating Jared Goff (40:42), and what kind of role would Justice Hill (49:23) have if Mark Ingram got hurt? Sponsors:
