Bio: Gena Seraita is a Registered Dietitian who focuses her work on the training of aspiring Nutrition & Dietetics Professionals. Gena is currently the Program Director for the New York University Dietetic Internship Program. Prior to joining NYU, Gena worked for over a decade in top-rated academic hospitals. Gena also serves on The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics Nutrition & Dietetics Educators and Preceptors (NDEP) Preceptor Committee and is a Co-Author of the Preceptor Toolkit. Gena has a passion for supporting students through their practical, experiential learning, as well as training and developing preceptors.
