Keeping creeps out of your Livestreamed workouts. How have we not talked about this as an industry?? New Year's Resolutions don't work, and as a fitness industry, we need to drop the marketing tactics that communicate to potential new clients that they can immediately jump into a sustainable fitness routine of taking our classes simply by waking up on January 1st. It doesn't serve us when they drop off, and it definitely doesn't serve them.
