This week I'm resharing a conversation I had with Krista Ripma from April of 2022! At the time of our talk she was 4 months pregnant and you'll get to hear where she's at today in this episode.

She reflects on the gifts she has found in supporting other women who have experienced pregnancy loss as well.  

We talk about her changing body through pregnancy, the energy of gratitude, intention setting, letting go and more. What a joy to hear about her personal path to motherhood as she was navigating in her second trimester at the time of our conversation. Enjoy!!
