What a way to respond to your critics.

After being smoked in the original encounter last year, Dillian Whyte bounced back in emphatic style to KO Povetkin with 'Maximum violence'.  We discuss  a tremendous night of action from Gibraltar as well as reviewing the fights closer to home which saw Willie Hutchinson defeated in an upset.

The WBC have been smashing out some mad bits this week so they feature heavily on the show as does Oscar De La Hoya and his mic drop.

Carl Frampton goes for history this weekend so we get stuck into a full preview of his fight with Jamel Herring.

We should be talking about the domination of Derek Brunson but instead we're distracted by Kevin Holland running his mouth in the most peculiar way on Saturday night.

As well as the latest UFC event, we speak about the Cage Warriors trilogy of nights which became the highlight of the MMA week for us.

Francis Ngannou rematches the Champ Stipe Miocic at UFC260 on Saturday, so we get stuck into a preview.

Do not underestimate what Lawrence Okolie has just achieved.

In his 16th pro fight, after only 26 amateur fights, to become world champion, and to do it by taking a former world champion to school is quite remarkable.

We wax lyrical about a special performance from 'The Sauce' as well as an equally brilliant showing from the new EBU champion Lee McGregor on Friday night.

Vergil Ortiz showed why he's the hottest young thing in the welterweight division by stopping former world champion Mo Hooker.

It's also Dillian Whyte's rematch with Alexander Povetkin this week so plenty to get stuck into!

It's the most 'Leon Edwards' ending to a fight.  Out of the octagon for 603 days only to return to a no contest due to an accidental eye poke.  We talk about what more needs to be done to prevent such things happening in the future and where Leon and Belal go from here.

For the second week running and illegal strike resulted in a fight ending but what is the difference between intentional and unintentional in these moments?  We discuss at length.

Kevin Holland is back again this week fighting Derek Brunson so we preview that card as well as a trilogy of nights for cage warriors.

We also pay tribute to Neil Hall who passed away this week.

The legend may not have had his hand raised on Saturday but Roman Gonzalez played a huge part in one of the best fights you're ever likely to see.  A sensational back and forth with Juan Estrada that had us on the edge of our seats from start to finish.  Who said that nobody is interested in the little guys?

We pick the bones out of Estrada vs Chocolatito and the rest of the weekends action which is littered with dubious score cards.

This week, the original Fight Disciple, Mighty Mo Hooker is back in a banger at welterweight with Vergil Ortiz.  We preview that as well as Lawrence Okolie's attempt to become a world champion.

We also pay tribute to the late great Marvelous Marvin Hagler.

As his opponent tired, Petr Yan was heading to a statement victory but then all of a sudden, madness.  we discuss the DQ in the bantamweight title fight as well as the whole UFC259 fight card.

Also on the show, Should more be done for legends that get released?

It's also a Leon Edwards fight week.  Something we haven't said for 18 months.

Claressa Shields made history again at the weekend becoming the first fighter in the modern era to be classed undisputed in two weight divisions but with that comes more debate.  We need to stop patronising female athletes and demand 3 minute rounds.

As well as that we talk about Devin Haney.  Calling out Loma whilst making a fight with Linares is a weak move and we go both barrels on it.

This weekend serves up a rematch 8 years in the making between Estrada and Chocolatito and we can't wait.  The undercard with McCaskill vs Braekhus is solid too.

The 'Last Stylebender" aims to join the a small selection of fighters to become simultaneous weight division champions as he takes on the 'Polish Power' at Ufc 259.

the whole card is a belter and we preview it from top to bottom as well as looking back at the disappointing show at the weekend.

It was a truly unremarkable weekend for boxing with poor fights, uneven matchups and a diabolical mandatory being a heavy part of the narrative but we as ever shine some positivity on the events.

Canelo takes care of Yildirim and moves towards unifying the super middleweight division.  Will Billy Joe Saunders be his toughest test? We discuss at length on todays show.

Also, the introduction of Triller to serious boxing and what it means going forward.

This weekend see's Claressa Shields going for history and there's a few domestic clashes to get us all excited again.
