However religion does connect a lot of people, through a similar practice.
Belief system is passed down to you from your family. But what you know as truth is only what you learn and believe in.
Science and religion have been at war but they are more or less the same thing.
People who don’t believe need to be shown, and for them science is truth. Too much of anything can be bad. But by blending the both of them you will get the best experience.
China has combined religion and science and their growth has been phenomenal. Out here in the west there is a separation of religion and science and our country is divided.
Prayer and Meditation both slow down your breath rate which scientifically changes human physiology. Slower heart rate, helps anxiety, clears your mind, and puts you in a rest and digest state.
Everyones different, but we can all agree that there are good things in both.
