After facing multiple setbacks, including a temporary loss of her hearing and balance, the loss of her job, and becoming an empty nester in the span of less than a year, Michelle decided to turn her life around by embarking on a cross-country adventure in her motorhome. Along the way, she documented the stories of everyday Americans and their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in her compelling book, "Who We Are Now."

With a keen eye for storytelling and a passion for connecting with others, Michelle's insights are both enlightening and inspiring for those facing uncertainty and striving for adaptability in their own lives.

Michelle Fishburne embarked on a journey across the United States during the pandemic in her motor home, driven by a sense of curiosity and a desire to rediscover the nation she thought she knew.
