In this episode, Toni explains how embracing the complex middle of life prepares us to hold both hurt and hope simultaneously, as well as the importance of not grieving alone. She also speaks about how recognizing that redemption was more important than resentment allowed her to find the healing through the Lord that she was desparately seeking. 

Remember to be kind to yourself as you process through your pain. You are only human, it's okay to pause and come back - just keep showing up.
