Welcome back to Finding Joy in the Hard. I'm your host, Suzanne Andora Barron
So my thought for you today comes from Letting Go by David Hawkins ─ It's the difference between I won't and I can't.
Both are based in fear, but he writes, "I won't do something is quite a different feeling than to think that I'm a victim and I can't."
Think about all the times you say, I can't, and how it makes you feel. ─── I'll give you an example. I can't sing. How many of us have said that? Of course we can sing. Others may not want to be around us when we sing. But, I won't sing.
Because, and then you fill in the blank. ───── You can take this in so many different directions. ─
I won't, gives us choice.
I can't keeps us stuck.
My healing tip for you today is to hold the outside of your wrist, the pinky side. This helps calm the nervous system.
