It seems like lately, everything I’ve been doing and sharing is in the energy of motivation, joy, excitement, and positive energy.
I was recently invited by a former client to do a speaking engagement, in which we co-created a workshop for the attendees that was focused on joy. In the workshop, I led the attendees through a powerful exercise to help them tap into their own joy.
One of the key parts of the exercise was meditation and visualization, and in this episode, I want to lead you through a similar guided visualization right here on the podcast.
