This visualization was the top requested this week on Instagram - and born from my own infertility struggles and IVF journey.
This guided visualization, designed to help you surrender control and trust in the outcomes of life, begins with some deep breaths to bring relaxation and calm.
On this journey, I invite you to imagine traveling into a realm of infinite possibilities, where time and space have no limits. In this space, you reflect on areas of your life where you’ve been holding onto control and are encouraged to lean into your Higher Self or a higher power. By connecting with infinite intelligence, you embrace the wisdom that everything is unfolding as it should. *This is not religion specific, it's created for all religions and beliefs*
This practice guides you to release fear and anxiety, cultivate trust, and align with your Higher Self, ultimately allowing you to feel supported by the Universe/God.

In this time-bending visualization, we start with breath and you are guided to relax and breathe deeply, allowing your body to release tension. As you visualize floating through space, you search for and connect with the energy of infinite time—a circular, boundless force.
My hope is that you bring this energy back into your life, feeling its presence expand each moment, slowing down time and enhancing your awareness. As you move through your home and life, you find infinite time in every corner, allowing yourself to be fully present, free from rush or urgency. With each breath, your heart and mind expand, embracing the infinite now, where you can create more time for yourself, your family, and your dreams. Time bends for you when you are present, and you carry this deep knowing with you throughout your day.

This heart-opening visualization guides you through deep breathing and relaxation, helping you shift awareness from the mind to the heart. Imagining a cave filled with green and pink light, you’re invited to explore emotional barriers related to love—both giving and receiving.
Using the breath as a tool, you’ll soften and release blocks such as fear, anger, or judgment, allowing more space for love to flow freely. The 10-minute visualization concludes with an expanded sense of openness, encouraging you to carry this heightened awareness and emotional freedom into your daily life.

In honor of Latin Heritage month, I wanted to honor my roots and my family, as they both have a huge part in the work that I do and the journey I’ve been on since 2017. As I reflect back on the beginning of my journey through personal development and spiritual growth, it takes me back to the year 2017, when my sister and I locked arms and decided to embark on this path together after being laid off from our jobs. We started this business together and wrote a 14 week mindset program and workbook called, “Know Your Worth.” Looking back at this initial part of our business reminds me where we came from, but also, just how important worthiness is in our personal growth journeys.
In this episode, I’m sharing more about how I got started in this space, the impact my sister and family had, and the importance of worthiness and mindfulness through every stage of our lives. If you take nothing else from this episode, I want you to walk away knowing that your self-worth is non-negotiable and is needed for all the things, and that practicing mindfulness supports your self-worth.
In this episode, you’ll learn:
How I got started in this personal growth space in 2017 with my sister.
The purpose of the “Know Your Worth” workbook.
The importance of family and my Latin roots.
Why my work always comes back to confidence and self-worth.
How having worthiness helps you acknowledge that you are unlimited and a co-creator of your life.
Self-worth is the foundation of it all.
The goal and phases of the workbook
Your self-worth is non-negotiable and is needed for all things.
Mindfulness supports your self-worth.
The key to worthiness is becoming aware of what’s going on inside your head.
The power of creating an “I am” statement and tapping into it in all areas of life.
This week’s homework: Practice mindfulness and create your own “‘I am” statement.
