Today, we're exploring gratitude not as a forced practice, but as a natural way of seeing the world. Imagine gratitude as a lens that shifts your perception, revealing hidden beauty and connection.

Let's try a gentle reflection. Think of three small things that have supported you today. Maybe it was the warmth of your morning coffee, a kind message from a friend, or the simple fact that your body carried you through another day. These aren't grand gestures, but quiet miracles.

As each grateful thought emerges, notice how it feels in your body. Does gratitude feel like a soft warmth in your chest? A lightness in your shoulders? A gentle opening in your heart?
