This week, my guest is Kailanianna "Kai" Ablog, one of the authors of Soul Rising: Guidance for Navigating Your Spiritual Awakening - which is officially releasing on May 12, 2025!

Kailanianna, also known as Kai, is a journalist-turned-archaeologist of Pacific Islander and Southeast Asian descent who is based in Oahu, Hawaii. 

Having been raised in a multicultural household, ideas of religion and spirituality were introduced to her at a young age. This provided tools for Kai to gain new perspectives as to how beliefs inform the ways humans do the things they do and choose her own path of spirituality to follow.
