What is a feeling? And what are we supposed to do with the 'BAD' ones. You know - anger, jealousy, shame.

Most of us don't know what to do when our feeling isn't a happy one. We bury it as far down as we can. That leads us to lash out, binge, and basically sabotage our goals.
