It's not just the big things, or the hard things, to be grateful for.
It's the everyday, little, normal stuff. It's the stuff you get to have, and get to do, that makes your life a little better.
If you don't think you have anything to be grateful for, think again. It's there, hidden in plain sight. The cozy socks, the favorite coffee mug, the way your friend laughs too loudly at the movies. And if you can learn to focus on those things, those delightful little things? It makes it a lot easier to cope when the other parts of your life are less than fun.
